Aims and Scope
The Criminal Law Practitioner is American University’s only dedicated criminal law publication. It publishes novel and timely articles on criminal law topics that are useful to practitioners. The Practitioner may accept any criminal law article if the article has a dedicated section that clearly explains the subject matter’s use to practitioners.

Publication fee
The Criminal Law Practitioner charges no fees to authors, and it sends bound copies to authors for free once their work has been published.
